At The Genie Company, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
